HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
The best way to reach us is to fill out the contact page to request your date. We work on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your wedding date, we require a retainer fee and a signed agreement. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your wedding day.
DO WE NEED TO MEET BEFOREHAND?
We understand that it's not always easy to meet in real life. We are available to set up a Zoom consultation to get to know you and your wedding plans beforehand if a face-to-face meeting isn’t possible.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! Destination weddings are our specialty. Please contact us for more details about travel costs for international weddings or ones more than two hours outside of Los Angeles.
WHAT KIND OF GEAR DO YOU USE?
We are firm believers that good gear makes the difference between an okay wedding film and an amazing one. We use 6K Cinema Cameras on Steadicams as well as lavaliers, camera mics, and nearby backup mics for audio.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance and backup equipment. We will provide your venue with the necessary certificates required.
HOW LONG WILL OUR FILM BE?
We offer two film lengths – the Highlight Video (4-7 minutes) and the Feature Video (15-20 minutes). The Love Stories or Engagement Video will be around 1-3 minutes.
CAN I OBTAIN RAW FOOTAGE?
Yes, we can provide raw footage, but since we shoot in 6K, it takes up a lot of space! We will send the raw footage on a separate drive for an additional fee.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FILM?
We aim to deliver all wedding films within 6-8 weeks, however, the exact turnaround time may depend on the time of year. We also provide an expedited editing schedule (2-3 weeks) for an additional fee.
